My family and I had just moved into a new house and immediately began having trouble with our HVAC system. It was very hot and I had a pregnant wife. I called Howard Heating and Air from my cousin's recommendation and they came to diagnose the problem. It was a complicated problem but an easy fix. They replaced both out thermostats and fixed the faulty wiring that was causing us issues.
The technician who came was very respectful and took the time to fully explain what the problems were and gave us options for solutions.
They gave us an extremely fair quote and did not try to uncharged us. It is always difficult to find quality work at a fair price. I will definitely call them when it is time to upgrade my systems.
